This toner contains three major "active" ingredients, which are extremely beneficial to the skin (hydrogen peroxide, salicylic acid and retinyl palmitate). Toners are to be used as the second step in the client's at-home skin care regimen. Peroxide/Oxygen Toner will restore the skin to its' proper pH as well as destroy b~ria in the pores. In addition, the skin will feel refreshed and gives a tightened feeling from the evaporation of the ingredients. The skin surrounding the pores "puff-up" making the pores appear smaller. It does not dry out the skin. Refer to #102 for a description of the benefits of hydrogen peroxide.

Composition:
Deminerlaized spring water, witch hazel, coconut oil fatty acids, hydrogen peroxide, salicylic acid (antiseptic agent, fungicide and skin-sloughing agent), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A and palmitic acid), polysorbate 20, menthol, simethicone, disodium ededate, menthyl & propyl paraben, natural oil fragrance.

Skin Types:
All skin types: normal, dry, oil and acne prone

Application:
Saturate cotton square and apply liberally to throat working upwards to hairline. Allow 3-4 minutes of drying time then apply moisturizer or night cream.
